Refund Policy

Our goal is to provide a seamless and professional experience for every client. The following policy outlines our approach to refunds, service credits, and the reservation of professional time and resources.

At Black Pearl Signature Services, we offer a variety of professional services designed to meet the needs of individuals, families, businesses, and senior clients throughout Georgia. Whether you require mobile notary services, loan signing support, wedding officiant services, senior concierge assistance, property watch visits, or administrative support, our commitment remains the same—providing reliable, professional service with integrity, convenience, and exceptional attention to detail.

To reserve your appointment, a deposit is collected during the online booking process. Please note that this payment serves as a deposit only and will be applied toward the total cost of your requested service.

Additional charges, including but not limited to mileage, after-hours scheduling, expedited service requests, shipping costs, facility-related requirements, and any other fees necessary to complete your appointment, are assessed separately and are not included in the initial booking deposit.

Clients will be advised of any applicable fees prior to service completion whenever possible. We are committed to maintaining transparent pricing and providing exceptional service tailored to your specific needs.

For scheduled services, a 3% processing fee applies to electronic card payments. This fee reflects our payment processing costs and is not a profit-generating charge.

As a service-based business, our fees include the time, expertise, scheduling, travel, and resources dedicated to each appointment. Accordingly, refunds are generally not available. Should a refund be approved, it will be issued in the form of a Gift Voucher or Service Credit for future services.

Weekly Concierge Plan

Starting at $150 per week

  • One scheduled visit per week

  • Up to 2 hours of concierge and errand assistance

Bi-Weekly Concierge Plan

Starting at $175 per visit

  • One scheduled visit every two weeks

  • Up to 2.5 hours of concierge and errand assistance

Monthly Concierge Plan

Starting at $225 per visit

  • One scheduled visit per month

  • Up to 3 hours of concierge and errand assistance

Roundtrip Travel Fee: $0.85 per mile

Additional time beyond the included service period is billed at $35 per hour.
